Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup dried breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons dried onion flakes
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Equipment

  • 1 glass jar with lid
  • 1 small mixing bowl
  • 1 spoon or whisk

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to a small bowl.
  2. Whisk until evenly combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a clean, airtight jar.
  4. Label and store in a cool, dry place.

Notes

Use 1/2 cup of this mix per 1 pound of ground meat.
