Homemade Ranch Dry Seasoning Blend

A homemade ranch dry seasoning blend made with pantry staples. Use for seasoning meat, making ranch dressing, or mixing up a quick dip.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 tablespoons dried parsley
  • 6 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 6 tablespoons onion powder
  • 4 tablespoons dried chives
  • 2 tablespoons dried dill
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper

Method
 

  1. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a pint-size jar with a tight-fitting lid.
  3. Shake well to evenly distribute the herbs and seasonings.
  4. Store in a cool, dry pantry.
  5. Use 2–3 tablespoons per pound of meat when seasoning.
  6. To make ranch dressing or dip, use 2–3 tablespoons of seasoning per 1 cup of liquid.

Notes

Use this ranch seasoning in place of store-bought packets. Adjust the amount to taste when seasoning meat or making dressing or dip.
