Method
- Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Transfer the mixture to a pint-size jar with a tight-fitting lid.
- Shake well to evenly distribute the herbs and seasonings.
- Store in a cool, dry pantry.
- Use 2–3 tablespoons per pound of meat when seasoning.
- To make ranch dressing or dip, use 2–3 tablespoons of seasoning per 1 cup of liquid.
Notes
Use this ranch seasoning in place of store-bought packets. Adjust the amount to taste when seasoning meat or making dressing or dip.
