Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup powdered milk
  • ¼ cup chicken bouillon powder
  • ¼ cup cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons black or white pepper
  • teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Equipment

  • 1 funnel
  • 1 pint size jar
  • Measuring cups and spoons

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and whisk until fully combined. Make sure the cornstarch and powdered milk are evenly distributed so the mix thickens properly when cooked.
  2. Transfer the seasoning mix to an airtight container or pint-size jar. Store in a cool, dry place.
